What are the processing and delivery times?

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.

Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are accepted for non-food products within 30 days of receipt.
For food products, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons, unless the product arrives damaged or non-compliant.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Email us at Snackotik@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, with a photo of the affected product. We will offer you a replacement, refund, or credit note, as appropriate.
Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?
Contact us promptly after your order at Snackotik@gmail.com. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to modify or cancel it.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number to follow its progress in real time. If you haven't received it, remember to check your spam folder or contact us at Snackotik@gmail.com.
I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can correct the address. If it has already been sent, we will have to wait for it to return to the sender for reshipping (additional fees may apply).

You don't need to create an account to order from Snackotik. You can order as a guest.
What is the point of having an account with Snackotik?
Creating an account allows you to save your information (address, payment method, etc.), track your orders more easily and access the history of orders already placed.
Will I have access to my order history if I create my account after placing my order?
Yes! Guest orders will be listed in your account (as long as you create it with the same email address you used when ordering). If you have multiple email addresses and would like to centralize everything in one account, you can contact our customer service.

We will respond within 24 to 48 hours with a personalized offer.
Is there a minimum order for professionals?
Yes, a minimum order quantity may be required depending on the products or the terms of the professional rate. This will be specified in your quote.
Can I order products not visible on the site?
