Return & Refund Policy – Snackotik

At Snackotik, we are committed to providing a safe and reliable shopping experience. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.


Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of our items (snacks, candies, drinks), food products are non-returnable and non-refundable, in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

However, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or spoiled

  • An incorrect item was received


Non-Food Products

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-food products (e.g. accessories, packaging, branded merchandise), provided that:

  • The item has not been used

  • It is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.


Claim Conditions

To submit a claim:

  • For food products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • For non-food items, contact us within 30 days

Your message must include:

  • The order number

  • A clear explanation of the issue

  • Supporting photos or videos

Incomplete or late requests will not be processed.


Refund Procedure

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days

  • In some cases, a store credit or exchange may be offered instead
